With a calm and attentive presence, I’m honored to witness the beauty of the sacrament and preserve the moments that make your story uniquely yours. Rather than creating a perfect version of your day, I’m here to capture the joy, tenderness, and grace already unfolding within it.
The quiet pieces woven throughout the day—the things chosen, carried, and remembered because of their significance. I love preserving the details that tell the story of who you are and what matters most to you.
There is something so beautiful about watching a groom encounter his bride for the first time—a moment filled with tenderness, vulnerability, and overwhelming joy.
The Nuptial Mass will always be my first love—the beauty, reverence, and grace at the center of the day.
woven throughout a wedding day
Every wedding day is beautifully different. Rather than fitting your celebration into a set package, I offer a flat-rate collection designed around what matters most to you.
I’m a Catholic convert, and since 2023, I’ve been photographing weddings with an intentional presence rooted in reverence and abandonment to the Lord’s gentle, guiding hand. My approach is simple: to preserve the beauty of your day as it naturally unfolds and to help you see the abundant grace readily within it.
Adam + Emma
One of the things we appreciated most was how reverent and professional she was throughout the entire Mass. She captured beautiful moments from the liturgy without ever being distracting or intrusive, and that same calm presence carried through every part of the day, including the reception."
Derek + Claire
Her creative eye didn’t miss a second of our wedding, and every time my husband and I look through our pictures, it’s like we relive the day in real time. She is so encouraging, helped us look our best, and also made us feel so comfortable in the process."
While wedding photography is my primary focus, I’m always grateful for the opportunity to continue documenting the stories of the couples and families I meet.
From graduations and family moments to baptisms and the milestones that fill a life, there is something incredibly special about being invited back again and again. I will always welcome the chance to preserve your beautiful beginnings as your family grows.
I am a Catholic convert, and my faith has shaped both the way I see the world and the way I photograph weddings. I began photographing Masses and Catholic events in college simply because I loved being present in those moments, and through God’s grace, that fledgling desire became Dulcis Gratia.
I don’t currently offer traditional packages. Instead, I offer one flat wedding rate and work with you to determine the amount of coverage that best serves your day.
I’ve found that every wedding is beautifully different—some couples want coverage focused on the Mass and the heart of their celebration, while others want the full story from getting ready through the final dance. Rather than fitting your day into a set package, I prefer to create space for what matters most to you.
Absolutely! While I am based in Charlottesville and regularly serve couples throughout the DMV, including Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland, I always welcome the opportunity to travel for the right wedding.
I photograph Catholic weddings throughout areas like Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Richmond, Leesburg, Baltimore, and Annapolis, and I love the chance to experience a new church, a new community, and a new celebration. No matter where the sacrament takes place, it always feels like home.
Engagement, graduation, and family session galleries are delivered within 2-4 weeks. Full wedding galleries are delivered within 8-12 weeks after your wedding day.
I know how much anticipation comes after such meaningful moments, so I always love sharing a few sneak peeks within the first week. A little glimpse while the full story is being carefully preserved.
While this is something I never take lightly, thankfully, it has only happened once in my years as a full-time wedding photographer.
If an unforeseen circumstance were to arise, I would make sure your day is entrusted to someone who shares a deep reverence for the Mass and the importance of your sacrament, while also aligning with the intentional, documentary approach you chose with Dulcis Gratia.
I would then personally edit your images afterward to ensure the final gallery reflects the same care, consistency, and artistry you expected.
The beauty of your wedding day is not found in perfection, but in the grace of what is taking place.
I will never ask you to trade reverence for a photograph. Instead, I hope to give you the freedom to be fully present—to rejoice, to dance, to celebrate, and to remember that the greatest gift of the day has already been given.
